At School Thinker, a product by Devzuno Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule. Because we offer a 15-day free trial allowing you to fully evaluate School Thinker before committing to a paid subscription, all subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.
If you upgrade your plan during an active 15-day free trial, the paid subscription will only commence after your trial period ends. If you choose to upgrade to a higher tier or downgrade to a lower tier while you have an active paid subscription, the new plan will only take effect once your current active subscription period expires. Prorated refunds or immediate billing adjustments are not provided for mid-cycle changes.
Onboarding a new school is generally free. However, if you require data migration services from another platform, a one-time fee of ₹40 per person applies. Once data migration has been initiated or completed, this fee is strictly non-refundable.
Purchases for consumable credits, such as Bulk SMS or WhatsApp credits, are final. Any unused credits in your account are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including account cancellation or termination.
If a customer violates our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, engages in fraudulent activities, abuses the platform, sends spam, attempts unauthorized access, or uses the service for illegal purposes, School Thinker reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice. In such cases, no refund (full or partial) will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle, you will retain access to your account until the billing cycle ends. No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the cycle.
Data Retention: Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your school data. After this grace period, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers to protect student and staff privacy.

To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above, please contact our support team at contact@schoolthinker.com within 7 days of the transaction. Please include your school name, account details, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Response & Processing Time: Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 working hours. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Payment Gateway Fees & Taxes: Please note that if an exceptional refund is approved, it will be issued for the net amount received. We reserve the right to deduct any non-recoverable payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3%) and applicable taxes (such as GST) that have already been remitted to the government.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer or bank, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues amicably.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
